Yoga is a wonderful tool for self care, it strengthens, tones, increases flexibility, helps to heal injuries, decreases stress, and fosters better understanding of oneself.

I've been practicing and teaching yoga for nearly 20 years, I've studied under Gina Wasserlein-Peto, Jonny Kest, Krishna Das, Ragunath Kappo, Ram Vakalanka, and Sadie Nardini, just to name a few of my teachers. I am certified to teach; Power yoga, Better Backs Yoga, Ashtanga yoga (short form) Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Therapeutic Restorative Thai Yoga Bliss, Mindfulness Meditation..... I am available for private yoga classes (one on one) and can teach groups at your location. Various Yoga and meditation workshops are available.
